Let your members publish — without giving them wp-admin.

Blogano adds a front-end submission wizard and a live feed to any WordPress site. Members submit a link or write an article from the front end. Editors approve. Published posts flow into a feed you control down to the corner radius.

Nobody needs a dashboard login

Contributors never see wp-admin. They get a clean multi-step wizard on your site, in your theme, on their phone. Two dedicated roles — Publisher and Editor — keep permissions tight without touching WordPress’s built-in roles.

You approve before anything goes live

Every submission lands in a review queue. Editors publish, unpublish, or send it back. Readers can flag posts, and notifications reach the right people automatically.

One shortcode, more than one job

The same feed shortcode that runs your main page can also produce a features strip, a photo gallery, or a row of logos elsewhere on your site — different columns, different sizing, stripped down to just images if that’s what the block needs. Several on one page, all following the same colours and type as everything else.

The feed looks like your site, not like a plugin

Cards, overlays, full-image layouts, category filters, share buttons — every element’s visibility, colour, spacing, and radius is a setting. No CSS required, and no fighting a plugin that ignores your theme.

Every contributor gets a page

Members have a public bio page carrying their own posts, with three pinned slots they control. There’s a browsable contributor directory to go with it. Both come with the plugin; neither needs setting up.

Built for real sites

RTL and bilingual support. Optional reCAPTCHA. Email verification. Bulk import and export. Link previews when someone shares a post. A settings reference that reads your live configuration and is therefore never out of date.

Free. All of it.

No pro tier, no locked features, no upsell modals in your dashboard.

See it running

This site’s own blog is a Blogano feed. Every post there was submitted through the same wizard your members would use, reviewed in the same editorial queue, and published into the same feed. Nothing on this page is a mockup.

Three questions people ask first

Do my members need WordPress accounts? They need an account on your site, but never a dashboard login. Registration happens on the front end, and you choose whether new members can submit straight away or need promoting first.

Will it match my theme? Almost certainly. Card layout, colours, spacing, borders, and typography are all settings rather than CSS. If something still looks off, the Layout tab handles content width and mobile padding.

What’s the catch on “free”? There isn’t one. Blogano is GPL, the whole plugin is in the download, and there is no paid tier to upgrade to.
