Most questions have already been answered. Start here — it’s faster than waiting on a reply.
Start with the docs
Common questions — the things people ask most, with fixes.
User manual — the complete guide, from installing to running an editorial workflow. Start here if you’re setting Blogano up for the first time.
Technical reference — hooks, filters, shortcodes, AJAX endpoints, and the data model. For developers extending Blogano.
Your own settings manual — Blogano generates a reference for your site, reading your live configuration. Find it at Blogano → Settings → Import / Export → Download Settings Manual. When a setting isn’t behaving the way you expect, this is more reliable than any general documentation, because it reports what your site is actually set to.
Still stuck?
Tickets are private — only you and Blogano’s support see them.
Before you file, grab these. Nearly every ticket needs them, and having them up front saves a round trip:
- Your Blogano version (Plugins → Installed Plugins)
- Your WordPress and PHP versions (Tools → Site Health → Info)
- Your theme name
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if it’s a display problem
Please don’t send passwords or admin logins. Support will never ask for them. If a problem genuinely can’t be diagnosed without access, we’ll arrange it separately.
Reporting a security issue
Please don’t open a public ticket or forum post for a security vulnerability. Email info@blogano.com with the details and give us a chance to ship a fix before it goes public. Credit where you’d like it.
What to expect
Blogano is free software maintained by a small team. Tickets are usually answered within a couple of working days. Security reports come first, always.
