The submission form is showing on my Live Feed page

You’ve got two shortcodes on one page. This usually happens because the same page got assigned to two different features.

1. Go to Blogano → Shortcodes. Check that Live Feed and New / Edit Post (Wizard) point at two different pages. If they open the same URL, that’s the cause — change one and save. This stops it recurring.
2. Go to Pages, open your Live Feed page, find the block containing [psw_psw_submission_form], and delete just that block. Leave [psw_psw_live_feed] alone. Update.
