Editors work from the review queue. Each submission can be:
Published — goes live and appears in the feed. The author is emailed.
Unpublished — comes out of the feed but isn’t deleted. The author is emailed.
Reported — a reader flagged it. Editors are emailed.
Unpublishing is reversible. Nothing here deletes anything; to remove a post permanently, use the WordPress Posts screen.
